Today's deep dive into why I think it's important to transform your body. I talk about my struggle as a coach to market to potential clients using the surface level topics of fitness and nutrition (weight loss, cardio, calorie tracking,exc.) when my favorite things to dive into are the mindset pieces that surround your transformation being successful or not.
I lay out a reoccurring path I see so many people take that is "safe and comfortable", something I don't believe will give you a fulfilling life. And instead I talk about the hard things you have to look at in order to have a fulfilling life.
