In this episode we go deep into how powerful small habits can actually be to create massive change in your life! My outcome of this podcast is to hopefully break your beliefs that goals are the most important thing to focus on and that if you don’t believe your habits are the reasons you are not seeing results you will after this episode! An atomic habit refers to a tiny change, a marginal gain, a 1 percent improvement. These tiny habits are not just small changes, they are little habits that are part of a larger system! In this episode I give you examples to prove how powerful these small improvements can be (ice cube melting story, the plane leaving LAX, exc.)
