Today's episode is a quick little Monday Motivation! Today I talk about 3 reasons why every man needs fitness in his life.
The 3 reasons are:
Fear Reduction
Confidence
Energy Enhancement
I believe every man who goes into the gym and actually changes his body will experience these 3 effects.
They will have much less fear in social situations due to their increased strength and ability to defend themselves if necessary.
They will gain more confidence in all areas of their life because they proved to themselves that they are the creator of their experience here on this earth and by proving to themselves they can change their body they realize they can change anything.
And they will increase overall energy from the effects of consistently going to the gym, having a solid nutrition based diet, getting good sleep, hydrating, exc.
A lot of men have yet to experience the power of creating the body of their dreams and today's episode is a reminder and motivation for these men to start today in this pursuit!
