Will Shields

Will Shields is an Outland Trophy Winner, member of the College Football Hall of Fame, 12X Pro Bowler, NFL Hall of Famer, and 2003 Walter Payton Man of the Year. He never missed a start as an offensive lineman during his 14 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. Ironically, his very first NFL running back was our dear friend Marcus Allen! Will Shields' life is marked by discipline and consistency. Will reminds us to be kind to everyone we encounter because you never know what the other person is going through.

Will Shields and his wife Senia (Sen-ya) started a foundation in 1993 shortly after Will was drafted in the third round by the Kansas City Chiefs. The "Will to Succeed" is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that facilitates programs, provides assistance and resources to individuals, families and other charitable organizations who have little or no access to other aid. This organization is working to enhance the metro city area of Kansas City. Will Shields and his wife live a life to serve others and clear the way for other people to succeed!
