In today's episode I break down why less is actually more and how society and the fitness industry will tell you otherwise just to get you to buy their supplements or start some "fat burning bootcamp". I talk about the importance of stress reduction when in a fat loss stage. I break down how an abundance of stress actually causes your body to hold onto weight as a safety mechanism.
