Jeremiah Bair: The WHY Behind Your Programming

Today I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking with my man Jeremiah. Jeremiah is the creator of BairFit which is his online training platform. I met Jeremiah a couple years ago at the airport in Seattle before heading to a Cody McBroom Mastermind event that weekend. We recognized each other from social media and got to talking about our backstories and where we wanted to take our coaching businesses. It was really cool to meet another online coach for the first time.

Over the weekend we spent most of our time focusing on our own businesses that we didn’t get a chance to really sit down and talk about training and nutrition and I knew I wanted to pick his brain. After looking at his content I could see he loved learning about training methodologies and had great information to share.

So today we sit down and we talk about Jeremiah’s journey through fitness and how they reluctantly lead to coaching, we talk about the inner work needed to take your fitness to the next level and then we go off on some training tangents, these conversations are very much great information for any client wanting to learn a little bit more about the why behind your programming and how based on your lifestyle factors we can create a program that meets your needs.

This was a super fun conversation for me where I left feeling like I learned a great deal about some new techniques that I can implement with my clients so if you’re looking to learn make sure you have a pen and pad ready to take some notes on this one.
