In today's episode I share with you in about 8 mins why cold exposure can be beneficial for your physical and mental health. I literally dunk in the beginning of this episode in a barrel full of 48 degree water and you hear me breathe my way back to calm before I start explaining the benefits of something like dunking in an ice barrel.
This has been a great tool to use with my in person clients giving them a controlled stressful situation that they have the ability to overcome but every time they do it, its uncomfortable!
Getting better at handing uncomfortable situations like sitting in an ice barrel helps us overcome more uncomfortable situations in our lives.
