Consistency Through Accountability & Injury vs. Muscle Gain Progressions

In today's episode I share two key insights I've had with training:

  1. The man who shows up the most will win in the long run.

  2. With injuries you have to find the 0.001% gains everyday!

So in today's episode I share what I've learned from coaching my in person clients for the last 9 months. The results they've been having, what was causing some of them to drop off, how I built in more accountability and competitiveness which you can do too in order to avoid boredom and burnout!

After I breakdown all the strategies used for consistency I started sharing some insights I've had while working with my injured clients and how the perspective of rehabilitation has to be much different than just muscle building or else you'll never make it the whole way without tons of frustration.
