Brandon Snow: Flexible Dieting for Long Term Success

In this episode we sit down and talk with one of my new friends out of Canada Brandon Snow! Brandon and I are in a mentorship right and have connected on many levels from our childhoods, to our currents business and goals and today we get into Brandon’s story! Where Brandon grew up, what his upbringing was like and how in his early years his childhood bullying created a lot of self sabotage in his life. We get into his crazy pre fitness diet when he used to work at McDonald’s! And then we dive into his fitness journey and how fitness has given him the purpose he’s always been searching for. Brandon has had to take messy action his whole life to get where he is today. He’s gone from computer tech to college dropout to Firestone tire worker to carpenter all before he became a in person personal trainer and now online coach! Brandon brings so much passion and energy to this podcast and gives the listeners some well needed knowledge on the principles of flexible dieting and how we can break the stigma around the word “diet” and I’m excited for you guys to listen to it!
