Today we are talking with Brendan Backstrom for the 2nd time and we go over the New ATG Speed Program that just dropped on The ATG Training Website.
After that we dive into what are some of biggest lessons Brendan has learned after turning 25 and the biggest insight he has had this year transitioned perfectly into our main subject of this podcast; how to live life more in the PRESENT MOMENT!
Brendan and I just finished reading the book "The Power of Now" by Eckart Tolle and if you're someone who struggles with a constant chatter in your mind, if you are someone who is either always living in the past or thinking about the future THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!

-How to find your "𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶" (𝗮 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 "𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱" 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗲, 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁).
This was a very fun conversation for Brendan and I to have and we know that if you listen and use the techniques, meditations and thought prompts you will find your "𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶" and that should be enough for you to want to continue working to create a life that is as often in the present moment as possible.
